Q: 600 to 700 calories a day seems way too low. Are you worried that you’re not getting enough nutrients etc?
A: Quite simply, no. I would never do this alone and without medical supervision. I have a bunch of supplements I have to take each day (up to 15 tablets) and I see the doctor each week who makes sure I am OK. He has been doing this for a long time, so I don’t worry that I am not getting enough each day. Q: Why don’t you show who you actually are? Will you always keep this anonymous?
A: I have a “high profile” role in the community I live. I think most people that know me will recognised who I am and that’s good enough for me. Maybe one day I will link it all together but for now I am happy not to show my face. Be rest assured that everything I tell you here is real and honest – maybe even more so than how I am in my real life.
