A typical breakfast

One of the tips that seems to work for me is to serve any food I might be eating on a smaller plate.  It works really well for dinner, but I think I have taken it a little too far this morning with my Ryvita!  This will keep me full up until snack time.  Today will be a mango – they are so sweet and delicious and in season.
