A typical day

Given some emails I’ve received, I thought I’d give you an idea of my daily food intake;  don’t tell me I didn’t warn you.  Calories are added at the end of the items.  I’ll spare you pictures, they’re not exactly mouth watering!

Breakfast
6 egg whites (94)
1 medium tomato (27)
95g spinach (19)

Morning Tea
1 medium mango (112)
Black Tea

Lunch
3 plain Ryvita (121)
1 medium tomato (27)

Afternoon Tea
1 medium orange (86)
1 black tea (or coffee) (0)

Dinner
95g lean steak (168)
95 g asparagus with lemon (20)
1 medium grilled tomato (27)
c=215

Total daily calorie intake:  694

During the day I must also drink 2-3 litres of water.  For any of you worried that I am starving myself, please note that I am on this eating plan under the strictest of supervision from my doctor, Dr Rensburg.  He’s specialised in the treatment of obesity, its related conditions, and clinical nutritional and functional medicine for over 25 years.
