Tomorrow will be a new dawn for me and my relationship to food and to my body. I love food. I love healthy food even more. I stuff myself with salad every day. I know with Dr Rensburg you have to limit even the healthy stuff (which is why I loved Weight Watchers with 0 points for salad).
My lunch today consisted of salmon sashimi, cherry tomatoes, radish, spring onions, rocket and lettuce. Delicious.
